Chatrium Point Plus (CPP+) is a loyalty program of Chatrium Hotels & Residences designed to recognise and reward our most valued guests for their loyalty and trust.

About Your Membership

Chatrium Point Plus is open to individual or company clients who make a booking at any of the participating properties (Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok, Emporium Suites by Chatrium, Chatrium Golf Resort Soi Dao Chanthaburi, Chatrium Hotel Royal Lake Yangon, Chatrium Residence Sathon Bangkok and Maitria Hotel Sukhumvit 18 – A Chatrium Collection) through their reservations or the Chatrium Website. When booking through a third party site (such as OTA, Travel agents, etc.), loyalty points will not apply. Membership is free and not transferable.

How to Earn Points

Earning points couldn’t be more simple. For every booking, you’ll earn points that you can accumulate at Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok, Chatrium Hotel Royal Lake Yangon, Emporium Suites by Chatrium, Chatrium Golf Resort Soi Dao Chanthaburi, Chatrium Residence Sathon Bangkok and Maitria Hotel Sukhumvit 18 - A Chatrium Collection.
